Some tips I should remember from book The barefoot investor.

  1. Banks - Choose the one that no month fee and can get higher interests.

  2. Super - check annual fee and choose the one that invest on EFT index.

  3. Private Insurance - Pay higher access($500 or $750), then lower your month fee.

    • Don’t automatically pay insurance, compare and switch to other provider if necessary.
  4. Property, Buy with 20% deposit, then don’t need to pay LMI which is used to protect the lender with your money.

  5. Stocks, become a business owner and reinvest dividends where possible.
